Fix skin flaws now

Start the beauty habits to keep your skin young. As you enter your mid 30’s you may find yourself falling into some kind of time warp as you skin starts to undergo changes reminiscent of your adolescent years. You may find you can’t stay up as late as you used to, without getting dark circles under your eyes. You may start to see the beginnings of age spots, fine lines and crow’s feet as the effects of sun exposure start to set in. Your skin’s collagen production slows down, making it lose elasticity and suppleness so wrinkles start to appear, and skin starts to sag. Here are skin care to make sure you survive this time wrap just like you survived your adolescence.

1. Continue to clean tone and moisturize. When applying moisturizer, apply less on the areas with lines so it won’t slip and clump in to the lines.

2. Start using creams targeted for specific parts of your face like your eye and neck area.

3. Use a lip balm with SPF protection. Your lips are similar to your eye are and upper chest that they have some of the thinnest skin on your body so they need extra protection from the sun.

4. Use a concealer for the dark circles under your eyes.

5. Use a makeup highlighter for a dewy look.

6. Use healthy tones. For lipstick, choose pink, brown tones that are flattering for most complexions. Very dark tones can make small lips appear mean and surly.

When a person lisps, the letter S is pronounced like TH as in thick and the Z is pronounced like TH as in there. This happens because of the position of his tongue, and the way he produces the sound.

1. Interdental. His tongue protrudes between the front teeth.

2. Dentalized production. The tongue touches the front teeth.

3. Lateral. He makes the S and Z sound with air coming out through the sides of the tongue.

4. Palatal. He makes the sound while his tongue touches his palate.
